These guys are Orokin, actully. and also They Provide the Necrolisk and Nekromach. Which is different parts you can get those heavy ROBOs . then you can Press 5 to access those things. which gives you heavy damaging abilities and more.

If you are Associate lvl in "Entrati" Family. The new Faction in heart of deimos. Then you can access this ability in your Orbiter.
Yes your Infested Door will open for all the Frames Not only for nidus or Cyst warframe. you can access and get the New Options
But You need to feed the Helminth, Then you can Enjoy the Consume and Infuse Options
