Destroying a Corpus Crew ship is More annoying then the Grineer's Because the Corpus version of the Crew ships are Protected with Some kind of Energy Shield. That Blocks all Damage from Railjack and FA too.
But In additionally They Protected with Some Kind of Drone With a Shield. This Also Blocks the FA (Forward Artillery) and Ordnance.

How to Destroy any Corpus Crew Ship,in Warframe:
- Use Tycho Seeker to Destroy Like you do in Grineer Missions, Some time it will Destroy All Shields, Including the Drone and its Energy Shields. But it Require a Luck and High Ordnance Damage.
- Attack The Drone to Destroy the Drone's Shield First and then Aim and Destroy the all 3 Energy Shields of Corpus Crew ship, Or you may Consider Using Ordnance Bombing,
- Use Protor Turret Weapon to Damage the Drone's shield , because it has a Punch Through
- Or You may Consider Using "Shatter Burst" a Battle MOD For Railjack,
